First thing I see on the kiosk is a pumpkin spice latte, so I order it, and they tell me after I paid for it that they're not making them yet. Didn't even offer me a refund
I visited this location at 9:02 PM, while the posted hours clearly state the store closes at 10:00 PM. I had purchased a honey lemon tea before politely asking to use the washroom. Despite being a paying customer and the store still being open, the staff refused to allow access to the washroom. This experience was extremely disappointing and felt disrespectful. I expected better courtesy and basic customer service. I hope the management addresses this and ensures customers are treated with more consideration in the future.
