I want to share my experience with Tim Hortons on King Street. Their washroom is almost always closed for customers — sometimes they say plumbing issues, sometimes “out of order.” This has happened to me for the third time now, and honestly, it feels like a joke. It’s very inconvenient and disappointing for a well-known brand like Tim Hortons to have such repeated issues.
I usually come to this Tim Hortons every weekend morning around 6:45, and it’s always the same issue. They only have one person working the opening shift, and it gets very busy in the mornings. Even when I order ahead on the mobile app 5 minutes before arriving, I still end up waiting another 10–15 minutes just to get my coffee and my Breakfast and they even get my coffee wrong. 2 weeks Later On one visit, after waiting that long, they got my Breakfast Box wrong, which was extremely frustrating. The place has an amazing and comfortable atmosphere. Specifically to Elizabeth, she is very kind and smiled all the time, she worked fast in taking and making my order. And gives great customer service!!
