This Timmy's needs better management and more staff. Staff cleaning windows even with a line down the door and only one person at the till. With unemployment as hight as it is in Toronto there is no excuse for a fast food company to be as lean as it is.
I have visited this location several times, and each time, Christian’s smile and excellent service stand out. His friendly attitude and professionalism make every visit a great experience. Great work Christian. You are truly an asset to the Tim Hortons community!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just had to give a shoutout to Chris at the Tim Hortons on 246 Bloor Street West. He went above and beyond with his service. He was so friendly, fast, and genuinely kind. You can tell he really cares about the customers, which makes such a difference! The place itself has a great vibe too, clean, relaxed, and a nice spot to sit and enjoy a coffee. We had a great time there, and it honestly made our day a little brighter.
