They always get my order wrong, and I have to tell them what’s missing. Most of the time, they don’t add the cream and sugar that I order in my drinks. I try to avoid this Tims as much as possible.
The staff here are so lazy they tell everyone to go to the kiosk it always takes them very long to make basics drinks like a regular coffee even
Why they always putting in this small bag? The glaze sticks and you eat an empty not sweet dough
Why they made the line for the order if you guys take orders with only kiosk? Good joke
This has got to the worst run Tim Hortons I have ever been to, the staff here have no sense of what is going on around them. Today for example.. three customers in line infront of me and it took in excess of 20 minutes to even place my order. There’s 2 registers, and 4 employees but no one taking orders, and everyone doing set up tasks. The location is located directly inside of a college, we have classes to attend.
