GBC student, June 3, around 10:45 ,I placed an order and it was served by a short girl whose name starts with ‘S’. She was not polite and lacked basic customer service manners. I ordered a steeped tea with 4 creams, which I order all the time, but this time the tea was completely cold. When I mentioned it, she did not handle the situation properly and been rude on me . The worst in delivery
The lady who served me my espresso was very friendly and fast :)
They always get my order wrong, and I have to tell them what’s missing. Most of the time, they don’t add the cream and sugar that I order in my drinks. I try to avoid this Tims as much as possible.
The staff here are so lazy they tell everyone to go to the kiosk it always takes them very long to make basics drinks like a regular coffee even
