Every table was basically empty but every table had rubbish/food left on them. The floor had rubbish or toilet paper all over the place, the bathrooms clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a while with muddy water over the floor and semi-dried pee all over the toilet. The staff also felt like chatting instead of serving promptly. Yuck.
I visited Tim Hortons this afternoon and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, and I noticed the supervisor was polite and greeted every customer with a smile. Even though the line looked long at first, all the cashiers were working hard and it moved quickly. By the time I got to the counter, I was served by Maria (I believe she’s a supervisor), and she was amazing.
