Bad service even worse food would only get a coffee here terrible.
For the old lady - I understand it can get busy, but if you can’t handle it, then quit the job. I know what I’m saying coz I work at a restaurant too. If you don’t have anything good to say, then just try to stay quiet instead of dragging other people down with your bad mood.
