Very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons outside Davisville Station. I went there to redeem two Roll Up To Win coffee prizes and asked for a Caramel Latte. A few days ago I redeemed the exact same prize at Tim Hortons outside Eglinton Station and they had no problem giving me the latte, as the promotion allows any hot beverage under the coffee prize, including modifications. However, the manager on duty (a lady) at this location refused and insisted the reward could only be used for regular coffee. I politely explain... read more
