I would like to recognize one of your staff, Filipinas, who provided exceptional customer service last night when I walked in to inquire about one of your products that was no longer available. She greeted me with a nice, big smile, answered all of my questions and was very friendly throughout our entire conversation. This store is lucky to have an employee like her. I would definitely comeback and recommend this location more! Thanks again!
This review has to do with roll up the rim contest! In the past, there were plenty of prizes to be won at the store level like free coffee, donuts, Tim's points, etc. In this latest ROLL UP THE RIM CONTEST, all I have won is a free coffee (whoopee!) and the rest of the time all I get is " please play again". Tim Horton's is getting so chincy (CHEAP!) in this latest contest. If this is their new way of running this contest, they might as well just CANCEL THIS CONTEST ALLTOGETHER! QUIT BEING SO CHEAP!
Today(Monday 9th)I purchased a couple of Boston Cream donuts from this store around 7.30pm and I was disappointed with how it was packaged. The donuts were placed directly into the bag in a way that caused all of the chocolate topping to stick to the inside of the bag. By the time I opened it, most of the chocolate was gone from the donuts and stuck to the bag instead. This made the donuts messy and not enjoyable to eat. Never got my order when it was supposed to be delivered through your app. I had to come to your store to find out what happen and now your app is goving me the run around , I've been coming to this store for 10 years and now I will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS STORE EVER AGAIN OR any tim Hortons in Canada or anywhere ever again . Im very disappointed with getting ripped off for $25 . Never again
