You've got an amazing coffee shop across the street, or this slop which is the worst Brazilian coffee chain on earth. Come on guys. Use your taste buds - this USA-style chain is bad.
They saud they are close at 9:55. Didn't even ask what I need. They didn't even open up their window to say so. There was one Indian girl and white boy. Annoying.
Drive thru service is very slow. Employees are polite but slow on getting orders together. I ordered 2 teas made the same and 1 coffee and I was in the drive thru for about 8-10 minutes.
