Been to this store daily over the past few years... Managers changed a few times, new hires and familiar faces a regular occurance but the staple of this place. You're acknowledged with a friendly smile, eye contact and prompt professional service. Honestly they finally got some better staff but they have no garbage can resulting in this photo. Plus huuuuge pot hole at end of drive through. Hoping this review makes a positive change.
Been going here on my way to work for a long time and Yes sometimes the order is messed up and once i let them know they always do me right and replace it at no charge.. I am happy to see the Manager is back, she is such a delight to talk to in the am alwayd smiling :) and i see some staff is back that i just love to deal with also.. so Tims on Bayers rd thank you for the great service....
I ordered a bagel double toasted with cream cheese on both sides, something I order all the time. I was the only car in the drive-through, yet I waited 10 minutes for a single bagel and a cup of ice water. When I finally received the bagel, it was burnt, as you can clearly see.
