Mobile orders are never ready, staff always have to be asked about them and they usually have no idea a mobile order has come in. Saw staff members preparing food in the food area without wearing gloves or being sanitary at all. I was disgusted and don’t plan on returning anytime soon
Seriously don’t know how to take order on DT. if one employee is taking order why other one is taking charge to refuse not to take order. We were ordering wraps, they told us they don’t serve after 5pm. Literally, it was 5:01pm and we were ready to wait for 10 to 15 minutes. But management train them how to serve people. They are in customer service but don’t know definition of it. We got to other Tim on Young they got us same wraps. Incident time and date - 10/3/2025 5:00pm
