I was just in to grab a coffee and a bunny mug. I was very happy to interact with Tanya. She is an amazing team member. She always has a smile on her face and a compliment for the customer. There was another wonderful lady working with her, regretfully I did not get her name. She retrieved the bunny mug for me. My coffee was hot, made properly, tastes great and I had wonderful customer service. Thank you 😊
This location is turning into an all day hang out for the homeless, same folks squatting there open to close taking up the seats.
This is my favourite tims. They have a large menu and the staff is really friendly. Many of them have my order pretty much memorized.we come here often, sometimes 3 times a day. Their timbits are fresh and their drinks are made to perfection
Recently went into this location. Using the bathroom it's clear there's an unsecured box of used hypodermic needles on the floor. Biohazard boxes shouldn't be able to be kicked about the floor. The staff couldn't understand me, and when the got it literally shrugged. If you have children, don't risk taking them too these businesses. Try a local coffee shop, or a franchise Robins because Tim Hortons doesn't care about your safety, order or Canada.
