We stood at the register for 5 minutes before moving to the other one, where they said they couldn’t see people at the first register, so that’s why no one acknowledged us. But the same guy and a few others walked past and even made eye contact while we waited at the first one. Then they forgot our coffee with the food. One guy handed us a hot coffee and said it was the one we ordered after I showed the receipt, asking. It wasn’t, and the iced coffee my boyfriend actually ordered came out later.

While the place is centrally located in a good spot, the service is horrid at best but only for the select few staff who work there. Some of the staff rather stand about yacking while the line gathers tenfold then actually have the nerve to act surprise to see people in the line and hurry you along due to their lack of attention. People can be left waiting up to 20 mins or longer for meals. So if you expect quick...forget.it. Do a mobile order. Quite possibly the only Tim Hortons that knows how to serve chili properly. The bun was neither half-frozen nor stale. The butter was not a hard puck, but rather room-temperature and spreadable. The chilli did not burn my tongue on the first spoonful. Bravo!
