Got my breakfast bagel and tea. Bagel was burn and tea was cold. Worse experience in the morning.
Line was out the door, one cash open. Garbage was overflowing and stacked on top of the garbage receptacle. Tables are dirty. Second cash finally opened when only 2 people left in line.
I usually don’t leave negative reviews because I understand how much they can impact a business, but this experience really disappointed me. I ordered four coffees from the drive-thru, including an iced protein latte for myself. After driving back to my job site and taking the first sip, I immediately had to throw it out. The milk tasted clearly sour and spoiled, which was honestly disgusting. After a long, tiring shift, I was just hoping for a decent drink, and this completely ruined it.
