I’ve been coming to this Tim Hortons almost every morning for over a year now, and I have to say the morning shift team deserves huge credit. They’re always consistent, friendly, and get my order perfect every single time. The food is fresh, the coffee is just right, and the service is quick even when it’s busy. It’s rare to find this level of consistency day after day, but they really make it happen.🙌🏻
This by far my favorite tims to visit. Employees are courteous and always smile when greeting you. They take the time to ask me how my day is. They have a good knowledge of my orders and I'm always satisfied with my food and drink purchases. Sometimes understaffed, but can handle the load. The manager, Harman has the restaurant running smooth. Employees seem to have a genuine respect for her and she for them. She makes mine and others visits happy and I always leave with a smile. Great place to dine!!
After waiting at the take out order area after ordering for many minutes, Served us two lattes that were not even lukewarm! Then said I know our machine isn’t working! They knew they were serving an inferior product and did so anyway! Not good service.
