The server I met today by name Prasad was very friendly and willing to serve. Other members looking friendly too.
SLOWEST counter service... They served 15 cars to the 4 counter customers, with 8 in line waiting for 15 minutes!! Their food isn't worth the wait!! Sad.. They want you to fill out a survey/form on their site regarding experience, but that's not how it works with most people.. I'm just done.. not worth returning...
Extremely disappointed with this location. I waited way too long just for a basic cup of tea, and the manager's customer service was awful. She is actively overcharging people by ignoring standard POS training—charging for tap water and forcing customers to pay extra for a simple syrup substitution (swapping cane sugar for vanilla) instead of ringing it up as a free sub. The team at the hospital location in town is incredibly nice and helpful, but this specific store has terrible, dishonest management."
Absolutely disgusting iced coffee. The manager had to of been one of the most ignorant staff members I’ve ever encountered. Haven’t been to this location in years, I guess much hasn’t changed… asked for less cream and got a cream supreme instead 🙄 and it still tasted burnt…
