I rarely put negative reviews on here but , I visited the Tim Hortons near Spryfield Mall this morning at approximately 7:10 a.m. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The person who appeared to be a manager or supervisor did not provide a welcoming or professional greeting when customers arrived. The service during the morning hours was terrible. I visited this café with my boyfriend, the experience was so disappointing that he told me never to bring him here again. I have visited this place several times before, but this experience completely changed my opinion. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this café in the future. I would not recommend this place to anyone else either, especially during the morning hours..
I was very disasapointed after a very argumentative conversation with staff they left me waited for almost 30 mins for my mobile order and when I asked staff about it they said they dont have one of the item that I ordered and I tried asking manager for substitute but they keep on ignoring me and they all are together at the corner talking with each other. Morning time manager was very negligent and talking careless provided its not busy. I recommend not to go here during early morning times
I was very disappointed by my recent visit. My order was incorrect, and the morning shift manager responded with a rude, unprofessional attitude when notified. Even after being remade, the replacement food/drink was poor quality and tasted stale. As a regular customer, I expect much better service and product standards, and I hope management addresses staff behavior and quality control at this location.
