Come on guys I was so excited for my BELT but, on the sandwich I received there was not lettuce or tomato goodness. All I wanted was a B.E.L.T. and I confirmed twice with the drive thru person. Im not mad but come on guys.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! They don't answer their phone. Employee Zack is utterly RUDE. I will be contacting the owner of this location. LOUSY service is an understatement! Pretty sad that nobody can answer the phone at 3:10am in the morning. After arriving, not one customer was there, but they can't answer the dang phone. STAY AWAY for this location!
black coffee 2 sugars. I order it every day from dozens of Tim Hortons around town. Twice in 2 weeks I get a double double and today 2 creams which is opposite of black and no sugars from 5 mile and Merriman location. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this location.
Not the typical Tim Hortons! The management at this location is among the worst that I’ve ever witnessed at any chain. They never have donuts available at 9am and the manager simply says that she hasn’t had time to make them in her most condescending voice. This location is simply the worst! #rude. #nocustomerservice #poorlymanaged #cafeOnlyApparently
