Cashier was carrying on conversation with customer ahead of me well after the order was in. So I wait for the convo to end and then the cashier just stares blankly at me. No promt like hello or what would you like. So the order, after the order is rung up someone dressed as santa must have pulled through the drive through because the person making the hot chocolate just sets then down behind the counter so I cant see them. Horrible customer service. Ordered 2 Honey Ham breakfast bagels. Eggs are so discolored you can't tell it's an egg! No Honey Ham, it's Canadian Bacon! Bagels not toasted. When I complained and asked for a refund, the owner refused! Offered to remake them... Absolutely not!
The girl at the counter could not have been slower but I've never had a problem at the drive thru.
Worst Tim Hortons. Rude customer service every time! Is it too hard to smile and say hello? And provide napkins to your drive thru customers?
Wish we had one in Va Beach. Lots of variety with donuts and pastries. My neice was able to get a frozen hot chocolate with chocolate whip cream
My problem is I was addicted to Tim Hortons before and now that I'm trying to win cash, a tv or a car my problem has gotten even worse! 5 mile Tim Hortons service is the best and fastest around!
It's rush hour. I waited inside for 25 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese and 10 Tim bits. I ask for variety and I get 5 of 2 different kinds. I have a small child with me you would think they could use half a brain and give her something like birthday cake or glazed. No they give her pumpkin. Really well we don't eat pumpkin so they went out the window to the animals. I will never ever come back. Terrible service.
Always friendly , always fast . Fuck these idiots that complain about 1 sandwich 1: it's a coffee shop 2: they serve far more many people than just you and your " burnt" sandwich
