Apparently in order to buy gift cards in increments of ten dollars you have to pay in cash. so even though the transaction is $30 (3 10$ cards) still need cash. This 2018, why not accept debit/credit? Not a corporate policy just a inconvenient local one. go down the road to the better Tim Hortons.
I don’t recommend anything! Horrible customer service and very dirty! I ordered food 15 minutes go by . I see the young man sweeping trash now taking new orders through his headset . I ask politely about my sandwich that i ordered 15 mins ago . He gets an attitude takes somebody else order and say we short !
Numerous time, including today about a half hour ago, I stopped for a hot caramel macchiato and there is roughly 3 inches of empty space in my cup that had no drink. That’s pathetic. I’m paying close to $3 for this drink, I expect the cup to be closer to full. Very disappointed.

I ordered an italiano bagel the employee put mayo instead of pesto on it.... I can't eat mayo also i got a side of Mac and cheese the noodles were like gray colored and tasted old and burnt so basically i had to throw away everything i ordered and i wasted 10 dollars today.... Not cool Tim hortons
No AC in the summer and only half the lights on in the morning. I don't think the owner of this place could possibly get any cheaper. About all this place is good for is a coffee.
We preordered a very large order. When we picked it up they had stacked 10 boxes of donuts in each of the large boxes.! The bottom 2 donut boxes in each package were completely smashed. We called them as soon as we unpacked the boxes and found the smashed donuts. They would not answer their phones, I called 6 times. I did leave a message which was not returned. They also had agreed to give us a 10% discount since this was for a school and a huge order....they didn’t do that either. This could have been resolved with a phone ... read more
Please call the Health Department to report this location!! 734-727-7400. You will be in direct contact with someone from the department. This location is notorious for serving OLD, COLD and DISGUSTING food!!! This is not acceptable!!!! Manager, Alex, sees nothing wrong with it! Please report!!!!
