What happened to this location> The ONLY person that has a positive attitude is Cathy in the morning drive-thru. The afternoon crew is T E R R I B L E it seems to me not one person has any sense of urgency to get it right!!!!
This restaurant is disgusting inside. We went to this location and went inside since the line was long. The place was completely trashed. Trashed. They messed up my order, didn’t ring me up for an item, I went to wait for it and the man argued with me about it. Rude and dirty.
Absolutely HORRIBLE! They don't answer their phone. Employee Zack is utterly RUDE. I will be contacting the owner of this location. LOUSY service is an understatement! Pretty sad that nobody can answer the phone at 3:10am in the morning. After arriving, not one customer was there, but they can't answer the dang phone. STAY AWAY for this location!
black coffee 2 sugars. I order it every day from dozens of Tim Hortons around town. Twice in 2 weeks I get a double double and today 2 creams which is opposite of black and no sugars from 5 mile and Merriman location. I'll drive out of my way to avoid this location.
disgusting. old, grimy, BROWN lettuce. smushed and burnt black croissant . don't waste your money here!!!
Never seems clean and the employees are rude. Management must not care since this is an ongoing problem.
