Christy was listing agent on a home I recently purchased. Christy did not ensure repairs as promised and delayed closing. I have moved into the home and repairs still have not been made. Christy was very unresponsive during the closing process and her negligence resulted in the delay of the planned closing date. My realtor had to initiated the repair process herself. Please use caution before entering into escrow with this broker / agent.
RecommendedI highly recommend Melissa for selling a house...she knows the market, pricing, and has a lot of good advice for what needs to be tackled and what doesn't. Plus, the staging done at the house was fantastic! She really put a polish on the house and I guarantee it would not have sold nearly as well with anyone else.
