We just bought a house through Remax All Points in Roanoke Virginia. After being in the house less than a week we were informed that one of our heat pumps needed to be replaced, and the other has a big leak. When I called my agent back after looking at our inspection report she informed me that her inspector was not HVAC certified and more or less the report said he did nothing except look at it and see if it would come on.
