I had them as a property manager on a rental home I own, Bill told me the air conditioning unit needed to be replaced it was going to cost $5,000 to fix. I hired an air conditioning company and was told someone disconnected a wire in the thermostat and the unit is fine the independent company said it looked like the wire was disconnected intentionally. if you deal with this Remax office beware.
