Be honest with your clients. If they ask you if they need to look for another property, don't tell them no just to take their money for an application fee when you know they don't qualify. Me and a lot other home seekers were told by Lindsay Nguyen that it is illegal to take someone's money before you know if they qualify but she took my money anyway and wasted my time.
