RecommendedOK, first let me say I don’t know if my experience is typical with Chris Grant and his team at ReMax, I i was very happy with our house sale here in PGI. Here is why. We sat down and developed a marketing strategy agreed to the process, did the pre-marketing (photos/videos, that sort of thing), when everything was set and correct we put it up on the MLS. It was on a Wednesday. On Thursday we had a showing, on Friday we had an offer, by Saturday we had a signed contract. Yup, we were very happy with the Grant Team.
Horrible realtors you need your broker to fire you.
