About this business

Tillman's Roadhouse provides a casual approach to sophisticated dining. Located in a building from the 1950s in the Bishop Arts District, patrons are surrounded by memorabilia from times gone by. A favorite of area office workers, the unique blend of old and new provides an unusual oasis from the doldrums. The menu focuses on fish and seafood, although there are beef and chicken dishes as well. Choose from baby back ribs with Oriental coleslaw and barbecue sauce, blackened catfish, grilled trout, salmon and marinated chicken... read more

I went there twice and both times my experience was great! Their ceasar salad is delicious! And their hamburgers are delightful, juicy and fabulous!! Plus they have some good margaritas!

Absolutely one of my favorite places in Bishop Arts to wine and dine clients and take friends from out of town. Incredible menu selections that play with the palette and the S'mores are a must.

The smores are the best! We went there with friends to enjoy dinner since we come to town once a year. This is the second time for the group and first for me. Delicious. Best part was dessert. Yum!

Business response:

Aren't the smores to die for!? Thanks for coming in Kim, we hope to see you soon!

Took about 15 minutes to get a single cocktail. Food came out quite slow as well but was ok as I was visiting with a friend. Definitely don't expect fast service. Pro: quality of food. Con: staffing Revised review: Contacted by PM and invited to come back once menu was revised. That was Oct 24. No contact since. Clearly manager isn't interested in repairing prior poor servic... read more
