At first there were some issues with my order and my flowers had to be replaced with new flowers due to the disappointment I felt with the arrangement as well as some confusion and pictures sent at the wrong angles. The flowers were not as terrible as I originally thought however my family agreed that a new arrangement should be sent..... so at first I was very upset as the flowers were for my grandmother having heart surgery..... Thank you for being clutch. I ordered flowers for my mom from out of state. They were easy to work with and the flowers came out great. It's a little nerve wracking trusting people but when it comes to the experts at Tillie's you're in good hands.

My wife had me order "Visions in Blue" for her friend's birthday last week. She picked it because she liked the arrangement and specifically the white roses. The description of the arrangement is "This blue vase is filled with blue delphinium, white roses, white lilies, white alstoemeria, and accent flower." she went to her friend's house and to her surprise, not a single rose. Several have probably wondered why someone could hold a grudge against a florist. Perhaps they too had driven part time and had a money floral arrangement made, that was unrecognizable as a flower arrangement, and then never received their $38.52, refund, as promised repeatedly, after returning the crafting materials.
