I went there in person and picked out what we wanted for a memorial service. There was supposed to be spring flowers added; and the plant only had pale purple daisys, and a green bow. I was hoping for it to be colorful. The daughters ordered a spray; it wasn't there, so they had to call to find out what happened to their order. It came shortly, but from what I observed some of the flowers were already wilted. It is sad when you pay such a price for items and they do not meet the standards of what was ordered.
I’m in Chicago and was looking for a flower shop in the Wichita area to spruce up my boyfriends office out there. I placed my first order in November which was a beautiful arrangement of fall colored flowers...absolutely lovely! The second order was just delivered today and was the Truffala tree which was absolutely fun, colorful and exceeded my expectations when he sent me a picture of it. Bad rating mostly because I haven’t received any response to my email. I’m out of town, ordered from what I thought was a reputable local shop. Received email that plant was delivered, checked with intended recipient and she never received it. No answer back when I emailed shop. Out $$ and happiness recipient would have experienced on Wednesday. With deliveries going to Spirit, we are only allowed to deliver to the admin building and the reception desk holds the item and calls the recipient. I am sorry she was never called to receive her plant. We are willing to send out her plant again. I have our sales consultant, Mayra, calling you to try to resolve this issue with you. I needed to order a little corsage for a daddy daughter dance TONIGHT! So kind of last minute... Tillies was still able to accommodate and had great customer service. Thanks Tillies for coming in clutch with an adorable corsage for tonight!!
