Beautiful flower arrangements & bouquets! Last longer than the super market options.
I have had good experience with Tillie's and bad. The bad has out weighted the good I am afraid. I ordered two arrangements for a funeral. The flowers were beautiful but the arrangement looked like a toddler threw it together. I spent over $160. for both of them. I never asked for a refund but I did send an email to complain and also posted on their FB and have never been acknowledged or gotten a response. So I would say their customer service is not great. I will give my money to Dillons from now on.

WEST ST. LOCATION SUCKS! PAID MORE THAN 50$ TO MAKE MY OWN ARRANGMENT FOR MY GIRLFRIENDS BIRTHDAY- HER FAVORITE FLOWER IS SUNFLOWERS, THERE WERE 3 SUNFLOWERS THAT WERE WILLTED... THEN THE 1 FLOWER MY DAUGHTER PICKED FOR IT "DIDNT FIT" SO I HAD TO BUY IT SEPARATELY FOR AN ADDITIONAL 9 DOLLARS.... AND THE REST WAS JUST JUNK TO FILL UP THE SPACE.. WAS IN A HURRY ON A TIME LIMIT SO I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO ARGUE BUT I WILL NEVER EVER EVER TAKE MY BUSINESS TO THAT LOCATION AGAIN.

I ordered Mother’s Day flowers for my mom and mom-n-law over the phone from the west side Tillie’s. Audra was absolutely wonderful in taking my order - the most professional, articulate and personalized customer service! Audra was patient and helpful with placing two separate orders, one to be delivered locally and the second order to my mom out of state.
