I have been working with tile showcase, in the past and just recently. Although the 1/2 bath will be a small order, the sales person has provided superb design support, provided samples to try at home and has built a great relationship with my wife and me. Can't ask for any better.

I had a great experience with Tile Showcase. I don't have any design expertise so I went not really knowing what I wanted and thought that maybe prices might be out of my range based on just browsing in the showroom. After my initial visit I made an appointment to return on a weekday and spent about an hour or so going over different design options. We just recently had 2 bathrooms and a kitchen done in our home. We dealt with the most lovely woman named Alba. She answered all our questions, was patient with us throughout the process of picking what we would like. The tiles we choose turned out wonderful and I can't wait to come up with other projects to do. I would absolutely recommend going to tile showcase and working with Alba. Thank you for making it a great experience.

Wow, I'm shocked by the other reviews here. I had an excellent experience at Tile Showcase. I've been renovating a kitchen and went to two places before settling on Tile Showcase. A tip: make an appointment before you go! I did and so a designer named Amanda was able to give me her undivided attention and assistance. She listened to what I wanted and then steered me toward choices within my price range and style interests. I thought this place was Big Bucks but I've actually found the slate backsplash and kitchen flooring there for a lot less than anywhere I'd looked (for the sort of tile I needed). I was on a tight budget and found backsplash for about $3/sq ft there. But yes, like all other stores, they carry the higher ends items,too. They are REALLY busy on Saturdays, when people who work can go and shop so don't expect relaxed face time unless you have an appt....they can move pretty briskly on Sats. I was somewhat concerned going to Tile Showcase due to the other reviews posted here, however when I looked up this business on Angie's List they received an "A" grade so I gave them a chance due to their convenient location relative to where I live. Upon my first visit, I soon realized that they suggest people make appointments in order to ensure good customer service.
