They over measured the tile needed for our remodeling project, had a half pallet left over and they would NOT allow us to return. They assured us this was the amount needed! This was NOT special order tile... now I’m left with boxes of tile they will NOT take back! Buyer beware! Move on to another tile store!!
My family and I remodeled our entire home with Tile Center. The service was the best I’ve received compared to the dozen other stores I visited. They helped me from A-Z. Prices are competitively priced and quality of work is superb. Will recommend to anyone!

Not happy at all with service crack the countertop and left it didn't said nothing and left update they finally came by and did not him did not resolved the issue owner son call me and scream at me so unprofessional BEWARE !!!!!!

Definitivamente no recomiendo este lugar de un principio te tratan muy bien muy amables mi mala experiencia fue comprar la cerámica en éste lugar sin ninguna garantía de nada por las piezas rotas nuevas en caja todavía mucho menos si sobra material no hay return mucho cuidado antes de decidirse por sus pisos yo les aseguró que hay muchas más y mejores opciones.
Cannot say enough positive things about this place and the employees. The Owner's son Jay went above and beyond. He helped me tremendously with making choices during a very stressful time of having to remodel our flooded house. Always polite and willing to help. If you are unsure about what you want, they can help you with ideas. Highly recommend this business.
