Tim Healey did a great job inspecting my condo. As a retired engineer, he knew exactly what to look for in every part of the house, and presented them in a way that was easy for me to understand. He identified a major wiring problem with the heat pump unit that really gave me some leverage with the sellers. He also had his report back to me the next day. Worth every penny. Thanks Tim!
I have worked with many home inspectors before finding Tige. I can honestly say, they are the absolute best. As a Realtor, a home inspection can be a stressful experience, especially for your client. Tiger is dependable and their inspectors are incredibly knowledgeable, which helps take the stress out of the inspection. They explain things to the clients and really make them feel comfortable. My boyfriend and I had a house inspected by David and Peter that we are in the midst of purchasing. We were absolutely astounded by the level of professionalism and how friendly they both were. Bill did a continuing education class today for the Women's Council of Realtors Greater Danbury on "Don't Let Water Intrusion Sink Your Deal...mold, moisture, mildew...oh my!" and it was amazing. He was very knowledgeable beyond just he standard slides he was presenting. He brought personal exoeriences from his years of being an inspector. Tiger obviously trains their inspectors very well and only uses the best.
My realtor suggested I contact Tiger for my home inspection. My boyfriend and I were beyond thrilled with Patrick. He could not have been more thorough. He made sure we understood every issue he encountered and had the report emailed to me within hours. Great guy all around. I would highly recommend Tiger for any Home Inspection needs!!
