Tiger Group came out and inspected my home in January 2018. I was a first time home owner and wasn't sure about the whole process but they referred to me by my relator. Long story short, my roof was never inspected. They noted mold in the attic due to a venting issue in the bathroom when in all actuality there was a serious leak in the roof that now has caused water damage in my 2 year olds bedroom, black mold in my hall closet and now I have to come out of pocket $8000 to have a new roof put on a the attic brough up to code... read more

Patrick Nagle did two inspections for us. The first one he identified as a potential crumbling foundation and saved us significant headaches down the road. The second home, he went above and beyond and took the time to explain everything to us and ensure we understood every issue as it was identified.
