Art Diedrick handled our home inspection and was excellent. We received a very detailed and thorough report. Everything was easy to follow and understand. He took the time to show us each area of the home as he was doing the inspection. He was patient with all of my questions :) Very pleased and would highly recommend!

Tiger inspected the house I’m buying. Piete did such a thorough job, and he explained the workings of the house and building materials at every step of the way. The realtor said he had never seen such a lengthy, in-depth inspection. I know this wasn’t a one-time thing, because my friend referred me to Tiger, and her inspection was just as great. I had a great experience, especially with Tom Sheehan as my inspector! He showed up early, and was very thorough!! It was my first time buying a house, so I was nervous, but he was sure to answer all of my questions and ensure everything was perfectly accounted for both in-person and on his report.

So far so good - first point of contact (Sue) was very friendly and clear. They have a busy schedule but were able to fit us in within our time frame. We look forward to our inspection!
