Bill recently did our home inspection for our potential purchase and did a fantastic job! He was very thorough and made sure that we understood everything that needed updating or repaired. So thankful that he went out and did this for us and provided a video explanation, seeing that we are moving to Connecticut from overseas. Highly recommend if you are in the market for home inspection! Incredibly impressed!
Tiger did a home inspection for us, they were great we worked with 2 gentlemen one who did the home inspection he was fast and effective at his job! the second gentlemen came to test the water and set up a radon test. He was great in and out. We got are results for everything but the Radon in 24 hours, the radon was done 24 hours later and we received the results. if we need another hoe infection we will definitely use Tiger again!
I recently hired Tiger Home Inspections to do two inspections for our family--with very positive experiences both times! We worked with Dominic, who was wonderful. We passed on the first house because of all of the issues, and then on the second house we felt confident to purchase because of the relatively minor fixes to be done. On that first house, there were structural issues, and we needed a structural engineer if we were moving forward with that deal.
