I am a first time home buyer and unaware of a lot of stuff. So my wife and I decided to do an inspection of the property we are interested in. My inspector was Thomas Sheehan and to be honest. He was great and really honest and explained stuff when I had questions. I never had an inspection done before but I feel like this is how they should be done.
We received a Home Inspection with Art and the whole experience was so easy and he was truly knowledgable, helpful and friendly. He provided excellent suggestions for future proofing our home and pointed items os note. Scheduling was a breeze and the detailed documentation was perfect!
