I found Dr. Murray’s staff to be friendly, efficient and thorough. The new patient experience is never quick because you have to give your life story and hope they don’t read it before they see you! Dr. Murray and Karen took their time answering all my questions and I left very happy! Thank you For your experience, knowledge, and humanity! Dr. Murray Your office needs a decorator overhaul! Your patience and employees deserve it.
Great Doctor would highly recommend. He is very attentive and caring, he really gets to the bottom of your problems and helps. A lot 5 star for me.
I’m fortunate to have seen Dr. Bhushan recently. I trust his knowledge and experience to get to the root of my problem. He was caring and attentive. His staff was prompt, efficient and helpful. 5 stars!
If I could give zero stars I would. His front office staff is ridiculously unprofessional. They have no concept of time and treat their patients disgustingly rude. I will also make a complaint to Medicaid on how unprofessional his staff is
Dr Yates just performed my colonoscopy at Memorial North Park. I was so impressed by his personable, professional approach and the friendly, competent health care services provided by his and Memorial’s staff—from the intake specialist, to the anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist, nurses, techs, transporters, and volunteers. Did not have a good experience at all. Was attended to for about 5 minutes then told I needed a colonoscopy. Went through the procedure and was diagnosed and told to take a prescription medication. Asked if there were any other options and he simple said no there wasn't and I would just take this medicine for the rest of my life. He did not really explain anything about the diagnosis or answer any of my questions. He just wanted to prescribe the pill and setup a follow-up appointment months down the road. Dr. Murray delivered all three of my children my very first child 13 years ago and the third one 10 years ago and I have to say I absolutely love that doctor never had any problems with him that's why I continue to see him every time I was pregnant
Dr. Yates is a phenomenal physician who truly cares about me. I have been his patient for over 20 + years. His warm down home spirit is just outstanding, and he won't stop treating you until he gets your illness under control. Thank you Dr. Yates for taking care of me.
