This was my first time at the Chicago location. Everyone was very polite and we were greeted right away. The only negative was that they didn't open on time! There was a line to get in and people were not happy. It's not a hard job to open on time! I would visit again though.
I'm from WI and my first time in the store. It was so beautiful inside and the worker's were really friendly and helpful. I'm diffinly coming back.
I was in town from Dallas and neither one of my stores had a bracelet I was looking for. I called this store to see if they had it in stock and they did! They kindly set aside both sizes for me even though they had only one of each left. When I got there about an hour later they pulled them out for me to try on and within a couple of minutes I was out the door. It's a beautiful store and my SA was very nice. Will visit again when I'm in town.
I am known to shop at this location. I must admit that the customer service is great. The sales associates are professional and personable. I just love this location and the service it brings.
The store is beautiful, the jewelry obviously gorgeous. We walked around the entire store and nobody but the security guard acknowledged our presence until we were about to walk out the door. Then an unenthusiastic "anything we can help you find? " kind of felt like the only thing they wanted to help me find was the door! I was wearing a Tiffany bracelet but I guess they didn't get close enough to notice that. It's too bad that snob appeal still sells.
