Very friendly staff. We visited on our anniversary and were given champagne to enjoy while we shopped.
After all the hype I anticipated A1 service, my purchase was tossed in a sack then in a box then in a bag nothing special no tissue paper even. It's 925 silver... nothing more ...overpriced.. overrated

I bought what I came for of course. But, in comparison with other Tiffany's stores I have visited throughout the country, this was closer to shopping at Walmart than to the Tiffany's experience I have come to expect.
The services rendered by Ismael Franqui is impeccable. He was attentive and provided excellent explanation on Tiffany & Co.'s range of products. His after sale services is top notch. We would definitely be returning customesr to this branch.
Second time in chicago .. had a wonderful experience at Tiffany's I looked for my purchase before we got to Chicago and was in awe when we walked in I love my experience and our sales associate was great I can't wait to go back again
