I didn't have my mind made up as to what I actually wanted (the whole store) but Aileen was very patient with me. She even found the elusive medical ID bracelet I was looking for. I am very happy with my experience and my purchase and can't wait to go back in there and order my bracelet.
Scott, our sales rep is simply awesome. Without him, we would not have spoiled ourselves as we did. The man gets how to cater to gays in a world for straights. The products are actually underpricedfor what they are. The watches are half the price of bigger brands, the diamonds twice the quality. We are fans but we understand how this store can appear cold and distant without this personal touch.
We love Tiffany's Michigan Avenue. Thank you for the great service!
