A first class experience as any visit to Tiffany should be. Nathan provided outstanding customer service, polite and courteous, arranging will call pick up of my purchases at my final US destination in Boston in a couple of weeks.
My experience at Tiffany is always great! I purchased my items over the phone and each item was packaged and ready for pick up. I have a personal shopper that provides me with excellent service every time. I love Tiffany!
They lost my bracelet and it seems every time I go to this locations it’s something wrong happening. I just wish there was other locations through out Chicago that’s not far.
I received an Elsa Peretti starfish necklace as a gift. The thin chain made me nervous that I might break it and lose the starfish, so I looked for something a bit thicker. I bought a Return to Tiffany choker which was tarnished and the clasp had broken, so I took both pieces to the Michigan Avenue store for repair and to have the starfish soldered onto the necklace. Great customer service and my necklace came back polished and looking like new in about 2 weeks. Love Tiffany’s.

The gentleman was extemely helpful and pleasant. My visit lasted less than 10 minutes. He found exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. I will shop here again!
