Horrible Customer Service. They can't take the time to return messages or emails when they make a mistake on their part!. I have been waiting for a refund for months! They were supposed to refund me 421.00 dollars for overcharging me, which is bad enough already, but instead they sent it to a credit agency as if I hadn't paid the amount I was supposed to be refunded. Threatened with a credit score issue by the agency, I paid the agency and contacted CityGate Property group about this, and they haven't gotten back to me about... read more

This property management is by far the worst. Management has changed 3 times since I moved here inMay 2019. My August money order was lost. I was informed in October that I would be held responsible for getting it reordered. My shower has been leaking since July, poorly fixed a few days ago & now have no hot water, I have extreme fees accrued from previous management that was never corrected. 8/8 Why you shouldn't move to a place that is owned by this company. Here are things that have happened while living at the Lexington Apartments at **** *********** Drive Dallas, Texas. 1. My car got stolen out of the parking lot. Their response was "I'm sorry." 2. Mailboxes have been broken into which led to my identity being stolen. The mailboxes are still broken. 3. When living at on of their properties, it came to my attention that the sir conditioning was not working properly. When I asked ( after only just moving in) for it to be checked, I was faced with criticism and desernment from management. It was ultimately replaced, and 2 years later under new management, the new air conditioner quit working properly, after several attempts, and 93degrees for multiple weeks, it was finally replaced. I lived at the Highlands of Preston for 6 years and the new management for 2018-2019 is horrible. I moved out on Jan 2019 and they still owe me money. I had a prorated amount due for moving out the first day of January and the manager Hydri posted my payment to another persons account and then she tried to blame me for it. I still have not received the money that she said she would give back to me. I have written signatures and documentation proof of this transaction. I have documented and recorded my messages as noone ever answers the phone. My air conditioner has been having issues for over a month. Work orders submitted are closed 4 days later as completed. The unit was replaced a week ago. Yet shut off again yesterday morning. Left 6 messages including the emergency maintenence line yet no response. This was during business hours, i have the recorded messages and times. Finally got someone on the phone this morning that had no idea. A tech came out and the unit worked for 6 hrs. LIVING AT **************** LAKE HIGHLANDS LANDING HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THEY STAFF IS RUDE, THEY HAVE POOR MAINTENANCE. THE PEST PROBLEM IS OUTRAGEOUS AND THE CRIME RATE IS REALLY HORRIBLE. IT IS VERY UNORGANIZED AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO LIVE HERE........DO NOT LEASE THROUGH THIS MANAGEMENT GROUP PERIOD!!!!!!!!!
