I would give zero stars if I could. This review concerns the management of the Preserve at Preston. After we first moved in, we reported to management certain issues that we had with our apartment (the worst of which was that our tub spigot had the pull tab rusted in a half up/ half down position which basically made showering impossible). It was like pulling teeth to get anything fixed, but not everything we reported was even addressed. City gate has been horrible since they took over Aspire Woodmeadow Apartments and the Property so called manager Victoria ***** has been the most disrespectful person I've had to deal with she gave me a false lease violation. She put her hands on my boyfriend and he has filed a police report against her, she cannot put her hand on nobody she needs to be Fired!!!! City Gate please Check who your manager really is..

This has been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Stay far away if possible I have lived in Bela Vida apartments for only 2 years and I absolutely hate it here. The resident across from me she moves in 2-3 families every month (ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS), but the office always states we are supposed to report anyone moving in or out the apartment. This has been the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Stay far away if possible I have lived in Avery apartments for only 5 months and I absolutely hate it here. The resident above me lets her kids bounce and jump on the floor at all times of the night and early morning me and my kids have not had a good nights sleep since we moved in. Husband and I are being physically harassed by upstairs, guest. I have been assaulted and City Group won't even take my calls. I leave messages that go to Damen, whom does not have the experience to deal with a dangerous situation. CG solution is to have us move to other side of complex. Police cannot keep peace in the complex. We have lived here for almost 4 months. My husband is 69 yrs old with PTSD and Candle Chase cannot be bothered to stand up for the real people that live here. I will be contacting an attorney this morning - XANDER has no management. There are multiple issues that have been reported but nothing ever gets done. Now, someone obviously made a mistake in the office and no one wants to admit it. My daughter paid rent through end of month and in the process of moving apartment personnel removed all the items from her apartment. Management denies it but we have proof and witnesses. I am a tenant at the Lexington Apartments in Dallas, and I am a very unhappy tenant. During a recent period of heavy rain, I discovered that my bedroom carpet was saturated due to a leak in the foundation of the building. After submitting a work order through the Lexington resident portal, maintenance finally arrived two days later to check on the leak. For a great deal of the last year or more, I have had only warm water. After reading many of their reviews I find I'm not alone. The state of Texas says hot water is a necessity and lack of is an emergency. Read online Texas Renters Rights regarding hot water and your recourses. Also, landlords do not have to provide air conditioning. My advice: NEVER LEASE FROM CITY GATE PROPERTY GROUP!!! If you do not have hot water, they could end up paying you a month's rent plus $500.00.

if I could give a negative rating for Northern Cross Apartments I would. They are the worst at customer service. If you call the office with an issue they are extremely rude. Then they ignore the issue. I had a package delivered to the office but they "never" received it because they don't accept packages. But the girl got very defensive. I pay way too much for how trashy this place is. The handicap ramps are unsafe.
