I visited this building to perform an AC repair for one of the residents. As a courtesy, I asked the staff at the lobby if there was a restroom I could use, and they told me there wasn't one available. However, the unit owner later pointed out that there is indeed a restroom located right across the lobby. It is disappointing to see such a lack of honesty and hospitality from the front desk toward service providers working for their own residents. Very poor attitude and lack of transparency.
