Katrina and her team provide high quality work and excellent customer service. Tibur sets a schedule and sticks to it. They have great response time and they always make sure to set expectations, a key part of customer service that is hard to find in companies today. Katrina and her crew (Derek in particular) have done a wonderful job on our property this season. She is always extremely responsive when I have a question and she and her crew are consistent, reliable and super friendly! If I have a question they are very knowledgeable and able to address it immediately. I love especially that I can basically set my watch by when they come each week, so there is no guess work. Tibur sprayed my huge yard last summer with environmentally safe tick repellent. Normally my dog & I would come in from outside with at least two ticks on us. After the spray, not one tick ALL SUMMER! I want them back here. That spray works!!!

The crews are very profesional, courteous, and willing to sacrifice there time and energy to satisfy clients.
