Today was my 3rd visit to Oak St Health. And to be honest my first two visits were not to my liking because I had to tell the receptionist I had been waiting for a half hour on my first visit. I wanted to give them a chance. But Tiandra showed real concern for my health and well-being. Not to mention i don't have to take of work for visits because they stay open til 5. Glad I switched. Had to change my insurance because this site didn't take my CBC Medicare advantage plan.
Tiendra Williams is a great PCP. She has always taken care of all my needs professionally and with patience. Thank you so much.
