On Friday 7/22/16 I took my son's car to Thurston Chevrolet because the check engine light was on. I paid $120 for diagnostic and $200+ for repairing a valve. On Saturday the light was back on. There was vibration, rattling, and the MPG gauge was stuck. I took it back on Monday and they told me that the turbo needs to be replaced, $1500 worth. Thank you to the salesman and all of the financial Geniuses who put me in a new car today! Honestly I have had trouble with my credit, and I did not believe I was going to be able to get financed, but Thurston Auto made it happen ! If you are looking to buy a car at a fair price with customer service that is excellent, this is where to go people!
Few weeks ago, took my Dodge to Thurston's new Dodge dealership for an oil change and new filter, I'm trying to keep all Dodge paperwork on my car. First off, the man I worked with named Ty, was awesome. As I'm waiting for the work to be done I'm walking around browsing the new cars and I noticed something strange as I'm walking outside, this dodge dealership doesn't have a "Dodge Service" department, they take the cars over to the Honda lot and have the work done there.
