I've been a customer for almost 3 years. Just bought my 2nd car yesterday. They went above and beyond for me both times! Lee Miller, Mario, and Jack have outstanding customer service! I have specific needs, and they met them all. I have had scheduling/timing issues with service, perhaps they should expand? BUT that shows they have a lot of business. Do schedule your service 500 miles before it's due to help alleviate the wait. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Me encantó pero cundo bisite tune una mala noticia y me puse nervios a perdón pero es el lugar que mejor puedas escoger para comprar tu carro tuinen lo mejor te atienden de marsbilla te ayudan en todo para tu crédito nosotros estamos encantados estamos pagando nuestro carro y estamos felizes todos los cerbicios en Thuston. Auto Plaza son marabollos los trabajadores y todo atienden muy bien y tienen mejor Bariedad en Autos bicitenlo que por ver no se paga

I would highly recommend that when you take your 4Runner in to have the recalled airbag replaced, that you take it to any other dealership than this one. The whole story would take too long to write here, but when you take your car to a dealership you expect to come out in the same or better condition than when it went into the shop. That didn't happen at Thurston. Terrible workmanship, shady customer service, ridiculous wait times... I have nothing positive to say.
