RecommendedOur car broke down over 100 miles from home. They did everything they could to help us get into a much needed new car and allowed us to take our two nervous dogs into the showroom to escape the heat while we figured out a game plan. Super people that really care about the people who come through the door.
Horrible customer service and unhelpful
they sent me a letter saying I won a prize and we drove off the lot in a bigger vehicle that suits our family much better as it is growing. It was even very affordable and I still got my prize. good salespeople
My experience was everything I was told it was going to be which was perfect! I was set up with a great sales guy Michael young which found me the perfect car! Then the finance guy Octavio made it come together but over all Trevor thurston went above and BEYOND and I mean like went down to the bank himself to get me approved with a even better finance rate then before! I’m a returning customer and I will continue to you keep my business with the Thurston family! Thanks guys!

they said it would take two weeks to get an appointment, and then they would have to give another appointment to actually do the work. They then said my tailgate latch wasn't covered under warranty. So i called the warranty office, it is covered, and my local mechanic is going to do the repair in two hours, two days from now, including sourcing the parts. not what i call stellar customer service at all.

Terrible service, offer to fix my rims they curbed if I spent the $2500 to fix my car with them. Pointed out my front bumper has broken clips when I came in to complain about the damage to my rims can you say deflecting much. They also say they don't even have curbs but they do and they are covered in rubber from being hit. Don't bother if you want your car fixed they will just mess it up and lie about it. Sad part is we had been loyal customers of thurstons for over 10 years.
