A great place to go and have a great time, relax, great food, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful wildlife, awesome carriage ride to see the elk, going back in January for a winter visit, can't wait.

We took advantage of the FMCA partnership and enjoyed our stay very much. We extended our stay for an extra day for an extra round of golf. Very nice golf course, took a day trip to Mackinac Island and the horse carriage guided tour, close to Alpena and the glass bottom boat ride to see the ship wrecks, unfortunately the boat was in for repair that day but the museum on the history of the sailboat shipping industry was great. I like golf with my hubby.
My husband and I are staying at the resort and were excited to try their Fish dinner at the bar and grill. We sat for st least 15 mins before anyone even came to our table. We ordered water to start. the waitress came back 10 mins later and took our order. This is as far as it got. We sat for over an hour without getting any more to drink, no salads nothing. the waiteresses and bartenders just looked at us and walked by or ignored.
