RecommendedI was there this past weekend. It was a fantastic experience. They followed Covid guidelines. It was a clean safe place to be. The wagon ride was fun. We enjoyed the elk viewing and the bugling elk. The cabin was warm and inviting and the food was 5 star. Our room at the lodge was very nice. We will recommend this experience. Thank you for all the hard work.

My husband and I made a reservation for oct 3rd for our first time. We definitely enjoyed the carriage ride and dinner was wonderful. Beautiful setting. The cottage was cozy as well. Very pleased with everything!

We did not stay at the resort, but came for the carriage ride, elk viewing and gourmet dinner in the log cabin. It was fabulous! very educational talk during the tour by our guide Jack, exciting views of the elk, and our meal at the beautiful log cabin was delicious! Staff was very friendly, courteous and entertaining. So glad we finally came for this, and I highly recommend it!
This is by far the most amazing weekend I've ever had. The hospitality was superb. The elk viewing was beyond my expectations, they were with in 50 feet of us at times. The food was out of this world. You wont leave hungry that's for sure. We will be back.

This is the most relaxing atmosphere we have experienced on our trip to my hometown in Alpena just 22 miles away. We are enjoying the scenic views around the golf course and the fabulous Pure Michigan Sunrises and Sunsets. The staff have been very customer oriented and friendly. If and when I return to this area from Texas this will be my first choice for my Home Away from Home in this area. We ❤️ it here!
