I entered the barbershop and observed that both barbers were on their phones. I asked in Spanish if anyone was available, and they both responded that they had a customer arriving in six minutes. I chose to wait; however, no one showed up during that time. Based on the interaction, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. My boyfriend has been getting his haircuts here for a while, and when he asked if there was someone available who could do women’s haircuts, he was told that Beatriz could cut my hair for $30. Since my haircut request is the easiest possible — just trimming my long hair into a straight line, I thought it would be simple. 10 de 10. Desde que llegué a este lugar no he cambiado a otro. El servicio de corte cabello super bueno, la atención desde el día uno de lo mejor , pero quiero resaltar que todo ello gracias a su personal que tienen , Beatriz es quien me atiende desde siempre en este lugar y realmente me hace sentir como en casa. Ella es super simpática , carismática , empatica , siempre con mucha tema de conversación y atenta a cada detalle al mismo tiempo .
